Join my unique sailing tour in Sicily, for adventurous and soulful women! This trip is tailored for special women who are seeking to connect with like-minded sisters to inspire and create special memories while nurturing theirs wellbeing and enjoy the benefits of the sea and nature. We will experience the island's life, from local and fresh food, inspired by the authentic Mediterranean diet, and wine tasting to cooking class on board; from creative movement to hiking the volcano, to mud bath experience. We will have time for light and deeper conversations, to journaling and have fun sipping a glass of wine or an orange juice on board of our boat or while on the land, all very magic! This unrepeatable experience would push you out from your comfort zone as you must be willing to share a boat, therefore a small space, with your sisters. (Please be aware that the skipper is likely to be a man). My promise, as a moderator and expert in leading the group, that this will be a life-time trip which in years you'll remember with pure gratitude.
Hello traveling sisters, my name is Emanuela. I am a kind and passionate soul who loves to travel and lead groups and individuals to meet their true selves, while being enchanted and feeling connected to the gift of life and its beauty. I believe that we belong to the land, and nature is our ally that supports our well-being and vice versa, mutually. I'm also easy-going and easy to be with, I love to think outside the box and be different from anyone else, living behind what society pushes us to conform with.
Our sailing boat: We will travel on board of a boat sailing the sea around the Aeolian Islands and sleeping most of the nights docking to different port of the beautiful islands of the archipelagos. For the first couple of nights we are staying in a lovely apartment l in Palermo just for us, you'll sleep in 2 shared bedroom-twin bed. The boat is a private charter named Oceanis, it is two cabins for 4 people sleep on a shared bed (2+2 per cabin), 1 shared toilet, and shared communal space. Trip Itinerary

Palermo
Day 1-3
This is our very first day, and Palermo is the perfect start! It is a vibrant city, very welcoming and good for fun and socialization. We meet straight at the accommodation, you can comfortably get into the city centre by bus, train or taxi sharing from Punta Raisi Airport. Get ready for a fantastic evening around the historical centre, but before we will have a dinner in one of the local restaurant led by women. On day two, in the morning, just before heading to Capo D'Orlando where we meet our personal skipper and get on the boat. We'll join a special street food tour, wondering around the famous street markets and some churches and hid hallway. You won't be disappointed because Sicilians know what they do when it comes to food!

Capo d'Orlando
Day 3
We catch the train to Capo d'Orlando for the starting of our sailing adventure! On the time of embarking we'll meet our skipper who will sail us to the first island: Vulcano. Once on board, we'll regroup money for the communal food shopping expenses, starting from €70 each. Vulcano is a recreational and curative island where we can definitely indulge ourselves in activities like mud bath, thermal water, swimming, and snorkeling or just relaxing on the bay. We gather for dinner for our first islander meal at some local restaurant for fresh food and social drinking! This would be a good opportunity to connect on a deeper level.

Vulcano
Day 3-4
For the more energetic, we'll be trekking up to the top of its volcano for a breathtaking view and to observe the “fumarole” phenomenon, the smoking craters of sulfur. Before leaving Vulcano we could either buy fresh food for cooking a delicious lunch or grab something to eat beforehand. Direction Lipari!

Lipari
Day 4-5
Lipari is the major island of the Aeolian, where unrivalled sunsets meet the sea. Unique smell of flowers, fresh food and wine. Free time to explore and sightseeing the island and its whitewashed village, lay at the beautiful beaches, swimming, snorkeling, shopping, visit the suggestive churches and archaeological site. Beforehand, we make a shopping list together, so we can stock up some food for the next few days. In the afternoon, we meet for the Lipari Food Tour and Sunset Apéritif with a local lady. It's time to rise and shine! At night, get the chance to lay back watching the stars or for partying...your absolute choice!

Malfa
Day 5-7
This island is named Salina, but on this site map appear as Malfa. This is the greenest of Aeolian Islands and the most romantic, where the Malvasia wine grape rises at the foot of the mountain. Inspiration and location where some scenes of the famous Italian movie “Il Postino” have been filmed. We'll be arriving between late morning/early afternoon, lunch on board cooking together a Sicilian pasta receipt. In the afternoon we'll have time for sunbathing, swimming and watching one of the most beautiful sunset of the year at Pollina. Here we sit for an aperitivo, before heading for dinner at one of the local restaurant. We'll rent a car to move easily around the island. The following day, we visit the vineyard of the locally-produced wine Malvasia; we will have a fun and connecting time through the wine tasting experience! A moment to chill out and enjoying ourselves. Dinner on board cooking fresh food.

Panarea
Day 7-8
Today we approach Panarea, the smallest and the most fashionable island, where the Mediterranean vegetation encounters luxury. During the day you could enjoy the beaches reaching them by climbing the steep stone-paved steps, or walk to discover the island’s gems and the prehistoric village dating back to the 15th century for a solo time or group celebration; whatever you chose it's time for yourself. Free time for dinner, we gather together again when the natural light goes down to admire the most suggestive Aeolian show, the fire trails of Stromboli from the infinite sea. After this free show, we are heading back to the land for a sister's party night, as tonight is the last night together!! So, what a better time to celebrate friendship and sisterhood.

Capo d'Orlando
Day 8
Leaving the Aeolian Islands behind, we sail towards the main land of Sicily. To break up the journey we might stop to Lipari o Vulcano depending on the skipper decision. So the returning time must be flexible, however not too late to catch the train or bus to a city. You have to arrange your way back home, as you might want to continue your Sicilian experience. I suggest you to book your flight back home at least the day after. Fulfilled by the sea, sun and friendship, we bring home good vibes...see you around for another trip!!
