From the Hollywood sign to the sunny beaches of Santa Monica to famous movie sets, Los Angeles is so full of iconic sights! My name is Marie and I am a Los Angeles native! I love living in such a beautiful city where the sun shines 365 days of the year! I will lead our group to the best of what Los Angeles has to offer from exploring Hollywood to the beautiful coastline. I am looking for 4 mates to join me for 4 day (3 night) in sunny Los Angeles. About the trip: Transportation: Because Los Angeles is a large city and for ease of time, I will be providing transportation via my private vehicle. I will include the cost of gas and transportation fees in the total cost per person. Please note: I do not provide airport pickup or drop-off. Closest airports: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) Accommodation: We will be staying at an Airbnb (comfortable house) in a central suburb of Los Angeles during our trip. You will likely have a shared room as a single traveler with another single traveler (same sex). Couples will have their own room. I will get us comfortable accommodations with a living room/kitchen for a better experience to enjoy. You are welcome to use the Kitchen but please keep cooking to light meals or snacks. Note for Traveler: Los Angeles is a very expensive city- please be aware that the cost of hotel, transportation, and gas is higher than average compared to other areas. Please budget accordingly for food/restaurants and other misc. items during your trip. Included: 1. Hotel Accommodations for the duration of the trip. (Shared rooms) 2. All transportation within the trip destinations including parking fees, car rental fees, and gas. (Excludes airport pickup and/or drop off) 3. Small fee to host for coordination and driving. 4. Water and light snacks in the Airbnb Highlights: - Santa Monica/Pier - Santa Monica is a beautiful city on the beach where you can get some sun and see where Forest Gump jogged Route 66 to the Pacific! In Santa Monica, you will have time to go on the large Ferris wheel or the exciting roller coaster, play arcade games on the pier or head down to 3rd Street for shopping and delicious eats. - Famous Hollywood sign - Here you will have time to take photos with the Hollywood sign as your backdrop! - Warner Bros Studio Tour - Experience the magic of Hollywood and see where some of the most iconic movies were made. We will take a guided tour of the Warner Brother Studios - explore movie sets, see the famous Central Perk Cafe from "Friends" and learn about green screen technology. The cost of this tour is $69.00 per person and includes a 3-hour tour. If we choose as a group, we can replace this option with something less costly. The price you see doesn't include restaurants, groceries, flight tickets, or other activities that we might do.
