Kurashiki

Day 1-2
We are going to start the trip with lunch next to the kiln. After the lunch, we will do the a pottery experience. Please come with apropreate clothing. You will be able to receive the finished pottery with a shipping fee after about 4 months (optional). We are going to stay at a house next to the kiln, so you can leave your luggage there. After the experience, we are going to visit the historic city of Kurashiki. We are going to take a boat ride on the Kurashiki canal. We are going to finish with the trip with the night view spot.
2

Kagawa

Day 2
We are going to drive across the Seto Bridge to Kagawa prefecture. Udon noodles are the soul food of Kagawa. We are going to do "Udon noodle shop hopping" which is a slightly different kind of sightseeing. Usually, it's self-serve, you pick the size of the udon, add your favorite tempuras, then add seasonings of your choice such as leeks, ginger, chili, sesamis, etc. Sanuki udon noodles are clear in color with a light umami taste, I really love it and want to share this with you. We will move the accomodation and will be staying at the grape farm on that night.
3

Takahashi

Day 2
Bicchu Matusyama castle is counted as 100 castles in Japan. We will be visintg there in the early morning, of we are lucky, we will be able to see the cloulds spread out to form a "sea of cloulds" around the castle. The castle stands on a top of a mountain at an altitude of 430 m, making it the highest fortress with an existing castle tower in Japan.
4

Wake

Day 2-4
We will stay at a farmhouse. We are going to experience some farm work, mountain trekking, etc. Afterward, we are going to drive to the mountain area to enjoy the autumn leaves. Also, we will visit a special historic spot, the former Shizutani school, the oldest school in the world as a public school for common people, which is famous for its autumn view.
5

Okayama

Day 4
We will finish our trip in the city of Okayama. It's a free day and there are lots of places to see. Also, it's a great place for shopping. I recommend visiting Korakuen Park and the surrounding area with me. After lunch, we will say goodbye.
