What's special?
special Diving at the Red Sea
special Advanced OPen Water certification
special Discovering the wonders of the Sinai
Discover the depths of the Red Sea in the amazing and special town of Dahab. Get the official Advanced Open Water certificate with an experienced and certified Padi instructor while enjoying one of the most beautiful and calm seas in the world. We will also discover the amazing desert and mountains of the Sina Peninsula with some activities. If your flight has a layover in Cairo, I can also help you to manage a day trip to discover the Great Pyramids of Egypt.

About me: I am an experienced traveler with many hours of flying and diving around the world and the seas. I would love to share with you this adventure of discovering the underwater world in Egypt, and getting your Padi Open Water or advanced scuba diving certificate.

Accommodation: We will sleep in a camp located in the Lighthouse, the main street of Dahab, with many restaurants and shops. We will share double rooms with private bathrooms. As the Advanced Open Water course requires you to study, after a long day diving, you can relax and read your lessons in the common area of the hostel or enjoy free time around Dahab. We can also share dinners, or you can just take some food away. You have many options, and we can decide together. THe Advanced Certification will take 2 full days, so after that, we will still have 2 free days to enjoy the Sina Peninsula. I suggest to practice your new skills dwith few fun dives the 3rd day (not included), and the last day before your departure, as can't dive 24 hours before the flight, we will enjoy a desert activity together (included). If you have more days and want to stay in Dahab before your flight departure, I can arrange many activities for you. Dahab and the Sina Peninsula have many options to enjoy hiking, discovering the sea by boat, kitesurfing or sleeping in the desert. Let's talk about it! If you don't have any certification and want to start diving in the Red Sea, you can also take the Open Water Certification (at an extra cost). If you already have the Open Water and Advanced certifications and want to come to share the experience with us and do fun dives, let's talk about it too. Let me know in the Q&A section if you have any questions!

Sharm El-Sheikh

Day 1
Fly to Sharm el-Sheik, the main airport on the Sina Peninsula (if you fly directly from your destination without stopping at Cairo), and you won't need to pay the 25 USD Egypt tourist visa. A transfer will be waiting to drive you to the amazing city of Dahab. If your flight is to Cairo and don't want to take another flight to Sharm, there is a bus from Cairo to Dahab that takes 7 hours. I can give you information about this. If you need help with your flights, just ask me! I would love to help you find cheap flights to come to Egypt!
2

Dahab

Day 1-6
We will stay 4 nights in the incredible and magical city of Dahab, diving and discovering the local culture, the desert, and all the Red Sea wonders. We will start the first and second days with the Advanced Open Water certification, diving at the Lighthouse, the Canyon, the Blue Hole, etc. After these two days, you will get your advanced certification. I suggest you enjoy the Red Sea with your new diving skills by doing some fun dives the third day, or you can also discover the Sina Peninsula with some activities like hiking the mountains to Santa Catharina, kite surfing, or discovering the different beaches around Dahab (those activities are not included, but I can arrange everything for you). As you can't fly 24 hours before your flight back home, on our last day we will discover the desert and meet some locals to learn about their culture and traditions with a desert or mountain activity.

Sharm El-Sheikh

Day 6
On the day of your flight, a transfer will get you back to the airport to take your flight back home. We all might have different schedules, so after checking out at the hostel, if your flight is late, you can spend the day at the beach and take a shower before leaving.
