Join us for a fun 2-day retreat in the beautiful Sicilian countryside. 🏡 My name is Antonio I am a Sicilian who lived in Scandinavia for 2 years. Now I am back on my home island and ready to show you around in the most authentic way! 🌍 We'll be staying in a gorgeous villa surrounded by rolling hills, grain fields, and vineyards. The best part? We'll be cooking Fresh Italian Pasta alla Norma 🍝 together and enjoy lunch in the courtyard, just good company and delicious food. 🏡 ABOUT BAGLIO BATTELLARO Experience the rich history and rustic charm of Sicily in our 500-year-old countryside house. Surrounded by rolling hills and olive trees, this ancient yet cozy retreat offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Come and immerse yourself in the authentic beauty of the region and make unforgettable memories in our historic home. 📍LOCATION Baglio Battellaro is located 8 kilometers from Contessa Entellina, in the Sicilian hinterland. Just 1 hour and 30 minutes by car from Palermo. Don't worry we will start the journey from the center of Palermo and information about the meeting point will be provided later. During our retreat, we'll also head to the Cherry Festival 🍒🌸 in the village of Chiusa Sclafani. We'll sample some of the best cherry-based dishes that the region has to offer. Maybe we'll learn some new recipes to try back in the villa. Aside from cooking, we'll also have plenty of time to relax, soak up the sun, and explore. Whether we choose to hike through the hills or visit an old monastery we'll be surrounded by the natural beauty of the Sicilian countryside.
